If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be entitled to return any unopened items for a full credit note.

If you need to return any or all of your purchased items, all returned items need to be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition to receive a credit note.

To process a return please follow the steps below:


  1. Send an email to us – returns@gageitsolutions.com – giving your reason for returning the item(s).
  2. We will then issue you with a Return Merchandise Authoristation number (RMA). Please ensure you keep a note of this for future reference.
  3. Ensure all items are packaged correctly to prevent any damage in transit
  4. Please include a copy or the sales receipt or your details with your company details, full name, address, the RMA number and the reason for returning the goods.


Please note we do not refund any delivery charges.
